The inflatable castle (also known as a bounce house, trampoline castle, or moon bounce) is a flexible recreational facility that is formed by continuous inflation. It features a classic castle-style design and is widely used in children's parties, shopping mall atriums, park squares, exhibition events, etc. It focuses on comprehensive play features such as safe jumping, climbing, and slides.

Core Construction and Materials

Main material: The mainstream is eco-friendly mesh PVC (double-sided PVC coated polyester fiber mesh), commonly available commercial grade 0.45mm (500D), with upgraded 0.55mm (1000D) for high-frequency friction areas, featuring anti-tear, flame retardant, low-temperature resistance, and non-toxic properties; seams are sealed with double-thread sewing + high-frequency heat sealing to prevent air leakage.

Inflation System: It relies on centrifugal fans to continuously supply air to maintain pressure, and cannot use pure sealed inflation; a safety valve is standard to prevent overpressure.

Safety Structure: High guardrails (usually ≥ 80cm), anti-slip bottom surface, rounded corners, evenly distributed anchor / weighting fixed points (outdoors requires more than 6, with clear wind resistance standards).

Common Function Modules: Main jumping area, inflatable slide, tunnel, climbing wall, observation platform, etc. Customizable theme designs (such as cartoon IPs, animals, festival styles).
